We will respond within a reasonable period and in line with applicable law (for example, within 45 days for many U.S. consumer privacy requests, subject to permitted extensions).
This Policy applies to the Abu iOS application and its in-app experiences. It does not govern third-party websites or services that we do not control, including Apple’s App Store, payment systems, or device settings.
We design Abu to minimize data collection. Categories may include:

We do not require you to create an account with us to play Abu. Data that stays only on your device is not transmitted to our servers unless a feature explicitly sends it (for example, if you email us feedback).
If the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation or similar frameworks apply, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, analytics compatible with your choices), consent (for optional tracking or certain prompts), and legal obligation.

Our team or providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized in your jurisdiction.
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear data from settings where available. Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to respond and meet legal obligations, then deleted or archived according to policy.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information in our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your device with a passcode and keep your Apple ID credentials safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.
You can control ATT and camera/microphone permissions in iOS Settings. You may reset advertising identifiers in system privacy settings.
Abu is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact Abu-yb@163.com and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this Policy and will revise the effective date above. For material changes, we may provide additional notice in the App where practical.
